At 4 Prints Design we have some of the most up to date equipment for printing clothing. These include embroidery, Screen Print, textile vinyl, vinyl flock, Digital sublimation and direct digital printing.
Embroidery is a very popular and long lasting form of printing, and we are able to create designs with up to 16 colours. This system allows us to produce some very detailed designs over and over again with great accuracy.
Textile vinyls and flocks are a perfect low cost solution for single colour - low volume designs. Most designs carry no setup charge and can be printed very quickly. These solutions are great for sport tops, work wear and stag & hen shirts, in fact any situation where you have a 20 or less items to print.
Screen Printing is the most cost effective printing solution for large volumes of garments. Popular for groups and organizations who need lots of garments produced quickly on a budget and for companies who require promotional give away's at trade shows.
Digital Printing is fast becoming the preferred choice for many of our customers. The speed and versatility of these printing methods make it very easy for us to produce high quality designs, very quickly.
Sublimation printing allows us to print full colour designs on all types of light coloured polyester garments, as well as Mugs, Mouse mats, badges and many more.
Direct Digital Printing is the most versatile of all our printing methods. We are able to print full colour designs and photos on all colours of cotton garments, the unique white and colour ink system produces a very high quality print suitable for almost any application.
